Average support response time with free support plan


some time ago noticed have 3 adobe id's.

2 of them correct

2 of them have products registered them

1 has product registered erroneous: has wrong country in registration details

 

i contacted support , assisted promptly , accurately. needed provide few more details had take moment collect. support agent opened support case later place missing information.

i informed support agent away on holiday week. , after added information that'd come in in meantime.

 

this 1st of may. has been silent since then.

 

i tried open chat ask average response times free support plan subscribers, no longer access chat... guess lucky first time.

 

anybody here know when (on average) expect update support case?

up 2 weeks , given current madness after cs7/ cc announcment possibly longer.
