Display of Arabic Text

i saved microsoft word document, containing arabic text, pdf file; however, when opened document in adobe reader, 2nd , 3rd position forms of arabic characters had been changed 1st form.    

   

        example:    

   

        تقدير

   

        displays as    

   

        ت قدي ر    

   

        there can arabic text rendered correctly?    

are creating pdf ms word or using acrobat pdfmaker or acrobat pdf printer?
