how do I deactivate old devices I no longer own

i have run out of activations, , after spending 2 hours on online chat got no where. i  need activate new nook hd, can't.

does no how deactivate old devices no longer in ones posession?

other people have had success online chat getting devices deactivated. 

they can't deactivate some; must deactivate , reactivate ones still need.

 

you need tell them deactivate adobe drm devices.

you may have been unlucky didn't know ade , drm.

 

wouldn't if abobe provided proper web interface view , edit activations?
