How do I send a PDF for review when I get an Email-based review error?

i trying send pdf via email-based review , getting following error message: "this file cannot part of initiated review because contains comments active email-based review.  please choose another."  have renamed file, saved different location, etc. still error.  same error shared review.

i using acrobat x professional. 

 

to give background on file, make comments pdf, send agency makes edits original indesign file, creates new pdf , sends me round of review.  second review , both times have gotten error message.  send pdfs review hundreds of times , never gotten this.

 

can help?

can clarify that  after creating new pdf sending pdf review or normal file?

 

if sending pdf initiating email based review received file enabled reviewing , can't initiate review on it. further saving different name or different location not in situation.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
