In the absence of Photoshop & Premiere what is the recommended (non-cloud based) substitute?

cloud computing works iphone or tablet applications, professional level work on iphone or tablet?  need big screen , speed.  waiting cloud find file , download better left teenagers.  adobe has decided give position top tier software manufacturer become nothing more ap.

pete, still have access cs6 apps, if want can still use cs6perpetual apps on machine.

 

cc applications installed on machine cs6 applications, can use whenever want. in case want share work someone, can upload cloud , share them.
