Interactive pdf page transitions

i have created interactive pdf. original file created in indesigncs6. has buttons, go page, page transitions, links websites. work full screen pdf. on website lose page transitions (which simple left-to-right wipes)

 

i have created matching document in acrobat. same thing - loses page transitions.

 

any here appreciated.

 

i have seen few interactive newsletters everything. no idea how produced. these companies ask static pdf work from, presumably don't need start indesign. must enhancing pdf links etc.- software??

page transitions apply when viewing in full screen mode.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
