Reader XI (11.0.02) keeps prompting to accept EULA on Mac OSX

     have macbook pro running mountain lion 10.8.3 not allow user open pdfs through safari.  running latest adobe reader xi , able open pdfs locally on machine.  when attempts open pdfs through safari, prompted message must launch adobe reader, accept eula, , restart safari.

 

the eula appears pop , again within adobe reader , can accept it.  yet safari still not allow user open pdfs, continually prompts user accept eula though has been done dozen times.

 

has else experienced this?
