Thread: left mouse button stops working

hello,

hope can me out, i'm new ubuntu user coming win7, love far exception of mouse issue having.

left mouse button @ random stop working in applications, can open new applications, cant select in them.sometimes can randomly clicking other mouse buttons, other time have restart machine. mouse worked fine under win7, , have tried regular usb mouse same results. wireless logitech mx1000, i'm running 11.10 x64, ideas?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
