Thread: USB keyboard support?

logitech cordless elite keyboard: wireless keyboard & mouse usb bluetooth hub.
no native support...

, in recovery mode-root, wired usb keyboard not supported......

frustrating.... think problem started 9.10 if not earlier...

interesting. on laptop have been using wireless logitech keyboard , mouse. have both been working fine now. installed ubuntu 12.04 alongside existing installation of ubuntu 11.10. wireless mouse , keyboard still both work on 11.10. no special adjustments - right out of box. however, while wireless keyboard work on ubuntu 12.04 mouse not seem recognized @ all. separate logitech wireless mouse own bluetooth in usb port works fine on os, however. it's not hardware. don't it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
