After Effects<>Premiere Pro Workflow
hello,
for of using after effects manipulate premiere pro edits, present workflow figured out check if makes sense (and if not, if possible, have input on better workaround).
dynamic linking comps ae premiere makes impossible satisfactory play footage in premiere timeline: freezes time , several frames skipped (it renders fine, clear). trying grasp of overall feeling , pace of sequence, or check effectiveness of ae adjustment within scene, frutrasting.
also, reason don´t understand (any hints?), using rolling shutter repair in premiere previews has proved threat machine: in cool environments else seems work fine, cpu give me overheating warnings, no matter how little demanding repair settings or how short take is. same effect in ae, same settings, works fine.
here´s workflow:
1. select in premiere timeline shot(s) manipulated in ae.
2. copy shot(s) sequence in same project in premiere (created ae exports, example).
3. right click on shot(s) in separate sequence > "replace after effects composition".
4. manipulate footage in ae.
5. render final composition using "best settings" , "lossless" (can´t afford lose information, material big screens).
6. import final shot premiere , replace original in "master" sequence new 1 (but keep original, dynamic linked shot, in separate premiere sequence, ae has access , can go step 4 above later, if needed, without starting scratch).
what guys think?
thanks!

if dynamiclink works you, sounds reasonable. implicitly not trusting dl , trying avoid can, using exports/ placeholders. hardware issues might check device manager , check bios. temperature warnings point voltage issues or energy managemnt of motehrboard not working, due specific driver or management app being missing. , of course open box , check hardware. simple lose screw on cooler body allows insulating layer of air seep in or not enough thermal guidance gel can bad simple dust flake slowing down fan...
