BC - PayPal holding credit card authorization and charging later

is possible in bc hold credit card aithorization , complete transaction when product ships? know paypal can support this, i'm wondering if/how can done in bc.

the option i'm aware use paypal standard gateway not automatically charge customer.  it'll instead hold transaction until manually approve within paypal.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
