Cannot Open File error - tried what I know

i have received dreaded cannot open file error. can manage recover file deleting lock file or recovering backup. time, nothing working.

 

i've searched forum, , while many people have issue cannot find solution.

 

any suggestions?

have checked article steps recover project cache. (adobe captivate cache projects folder documents)

for future, make sure have option create project backup on save automatically @ same location project saved. (edit--preferences--general-- generate project backup)

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
