CF9 to CF10 upgrade causes Datasource error

i upgraded our cf9 cf10 today. had cf9 installed in e:\coldfusion9 installed cf10 in e:\coldfusion10. asked if wanted run cf9 , cf10 @ same time or run apps in cf10. choose run apps in cf10. after install tried accessing admin page, after login prompt get:

the datasource service not available.

 

i've tried turning off cf9 services without luck. i'm running windows 2008r2 , iis.

any ideas?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
