Elements 10 Adobe TV Missing

i have been sending students adobe.com use adobe tv videos elements.  have been excellent beginner tutorials.  reason can still them elements 11 , elements 9 there short list of tutorials 10.

i'm not familiar wider library of pse10 videos. of pse9 videos still apply pse10, list in pse10 link videos features new version 10.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
