How do I Install Adobe Flash on Linux

ok well...

my uncle gave me linux computer , something  needed update flash. deleted through software center , i've tried many things try , re install nothing has worked. know little  on using linux , don't know version of operating system have.

so in short need learn how install adobe flash on linux.

 

 

 

oh know whatever thing i'm using called ubuntu if helps @ all.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
