InDesign CS 5.5 Crashes On Launch

since transferring files/programs new macbook pro old one, indesign not launch. have creative suite, , photoshop , illustrator working fine. indesign starts launch , gives after plug-ins. don't have third-party plug-ins, whatever have came program. tried installing latest patch, , didn't either.

 

other people problem told have sing problem... not case me, don't have file tell drag desktop.

and check sing files. looks problem.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
