Presenter 8 won't open in PowerPoint 2007

this has come few times suggested solutions don't seem working. have installed trial version of powerpoint 8 isn't shown on menu bar when open powerpoint. have tried opening add on menu suggested answers ask select "menulauncher.dll file. can't finf in presenter files

make mind why may not work on system and/or provide more info, people can actualyl you.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
