Thread: nVidia CUDA issue

i installed nvidia cuda using ironhide. of sample programs seem working fine, of them involve graphics or sound extensions (fluidsgl, mandelbrot, simplegl, sobelfilter, simpletexteure, volumerender, etc.) not run. errors similar following:


code:
simpletexture.cu(161) : cutil cuda error.   error, unable open output image <../../../src/dxtc/data/lena_std.dds>   cutloadppm() : failed open file: output.pgm simplesurfacewrite.cu(174) : cutil cuda error.
or if no other errors thrown, segmentation fault.

ideas?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
