i did fresh re-install.

formatted , installed system in /
/home mounted in drive, did not format.

after reinstallation, system doesn't right. goof-up in interpreting files in home folder guess. kept same username in fresh-install.

have attached how new nautilus looks. terminal font isn't how should be.

can somehow me fix how should be? tried set theme ambience, dunno else modify. should have used different user-name in fresh re-installation?

this bug wont load current theme properly. try reboot, fixed me

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
