Using images in library view when file is missing

i have images in library file missing. can somehow use image displayed in library view , export disk printing or e-mail? i’m using v4 on mac. thanks.

following on above have downloaded extract previws guide. http://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/extract-previews-lightroom-4.htmlthis runs script enable extracts made. after bit of messing process choosing house extracted files works perfectly. has saved me lot of pain , heartache.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
