3D camera track points not displaying correctly

just bought new imac , re-installing of programs including creative cloud programs. having issue after effects not displaying track points when use 3d camera tracker. maybe 6-10 points displaying it. there because can still create nulls, solids, shadow catchers, etc... points not display. have used camera tracker in past no problems @ all. idea why going on? here imac specs...

try of older footage. footage produces few tracking points, other footage produces lot. need scale size of track points see more of them. screen shot diagnose problems.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
