Autoresponder email with only case number

hi,

is possible include case number in autoresponder email. use web form users fill in questions, however, dont want form content included in autoresponder email except case number , question result(it field in web form). possible achieve?

it not possible achieve {tag_webformresults} has not further parameters limit results. there no other module render this.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
