Black screen when dragging retina enabled app across monitors

i tried posting in bugs forum, didn't response. wanted post here in case other devs had seen this.

 

one of our users has dual monitor setup mac book pro retina, , external viewsonic montior. extends desktop (does not mirror displays).

when moves our retina enabled app (air 3.7) 1 display another, window black until mouse passes on actionable area of window, or clicks on area. has else seen this? here's screenshot:

does have suggested workaround? easy me detect when app goes 1 screen or switches dpi? if so, maybe can force app repaint itself?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
