Blue screen and Licensing Issues
just have been unable open pdf files. @ first error message popped stating license had expired , needed remove , reinstll programs. haven't tried remove them yet, since don't know if i'll charged again adobe acrobat 9 standard.
i tried adope licensing repair tool , went through motions, when open pdf file either won't show on screen or "blue screen words gone before can read it, computer shuts down , restarts.
any suggestions?
regarding licensing issues suggest call customer service. or message need uninstall , reinstall? can post screenshot of that?
since talk "blue screen" assume on windows. should disable automatic restart after system failure; google find instructions how that.
