Cannot re-install CFB as plugin on Mac OS 10.8 (need manual uninstall instructions).

i've installed cfb2 (v 2.0.1) several times before, both standalone , eclipse plugin (mac os 10.8). installing on new macbookpro (as plugin 64-bit eclipse 3.7), accidetally specified install folder didn't want use. decided re-install, had deleted install dir first, therefore deleted uninstaller. have tried remove every folder , file can think of (even under /system , /library folders), rebooted, re-downloaded installer ma still following error message:

 

uninstall coldfusion builder plugins: uninstall coldfusion builder plugins before installing adobe coldfusion builder 2 update 1. ...

 

what installer looking determine whether plugin files still "installed". i'm stumped. help.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
