Captivate 6 crashes when "edit in audition" button is clicked.

captivate 6 crashes every time click edit in audition button.

 

what ive tried:

  • different projects- same result
  • delete pref folder - same result
  • remove , reinstall cp6 , 6.1 patch- same result
  • disconnect second monitor , run the above- same result.

not sure issue is, else been through this?

are both of software installed part of e-learning suite 6 or 6.1?

 

which operating system it?

please try run captivate administrator. (windows 7)

 

have tried in different user account admin rights?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
