Fm 11 UI bug: tags in the Paragraph Designer don't scroll

here's fm 11 ui bug:

 

  1. create new blank file: file > new portrait.
  2. open paragraph designer , click in paragraph tag box.
  3. scroll through list of paratags using arrow down key.
  4. create new paratag named "body" (lowercase b).
  5. try step 3 again: doesn't work (fm toggles between "body" , "body").

i can't duplicate this. vexed problem consistent every scroll box in interface, whether native fm or created plugin. effectively, if item selected , scroll item off list, next click in list revert scroll until selected item @ top. so, end selecting different wanted. example, here paragraph catalog setup:

next, scroll scrollbar (which doesn't work right anyway, needs lots of coaxing) follows:

extremely aggravating. i'm on windows xp, fm 11.0.0.380. funny thing is, don't think started until had been using fm11 while, weeks or maybe months.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
