InDesign, InCopy and Document Fonts
i working in seattle art director magazine while editior , copy editor in florida. using incopy edit copy after have laid out pages. question this, need load fonts out of document fonts folder in order see layout should or incopy "magically" recognize folder of fonts there , use them display purposes. "magically" because seems ridiculous work way @ same time, seems odd me you'd have buy more computer station "seats" editors.
i hope makes sense.
thanks insight can provide.
when reading indd file, incopy looks @ document fonts folder, indesign does.
those purposes not limited display.
also, document fonts folder not grant license use fonts if didn't have 1 before. still need ensure, legal perspective, have sufficient font licenses use.
