slides visible behind other slides

hi there

 

i've been having issues while captivate 6, when have recorded demo , when playing through f12 or after publishing, i'm faced type of double exposure, can see parts of previous slide , parts of actual slide.

 

i have tried clearing cache, closing down program , restarting , still happening.  problem it's not happening time.  has been happening many times on particular project i'm tearing hair out it. 

 

i've had 'hidden' text boxes appear shouldn't during play back.  firstly shouldn't on slide , secondly advanced action hasn't called yet lol.

 

any appreciated, please see image below.

hi there,

 

make sure captivate complete version should 6.0.1.240 or 6.1.0.319 (help > adobe captivate)

 

click on slide filmstrip , change slide quality 24 bit or optimized, every slide.

 

then, click on edit> preferences > swf size , quality > make custom, , uncheck compress swf file , uncheck advanced file compression.

 

then re publish again , @ time of publishing check 'force republish slides'.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
