Submitting a form and phantom 'required fields'

hello,

i’ve built form, saved distribution , completed 1 test. when hit submit, error notification "at least 1 required field empty on export. please fill in required fields (highlighted) before continuing". not identify incomplete required fields drastically removed ‘required field’ fields. still experienced error after doing this. went through fields on side bar looking duplicates or hidden fields not find any. looked @ forum other possible issues such spaces before field names no luck either.

i using adobe pro 9.

appreciate help.

cheers,

kate

it there required field not have value.

it may field hidden, user not see it, nor can input data. though field invisible/hidden, if set required, submit email fail.

as know, required state set in object > value palette.

also, may depend on version of lc designer/acrobat/reader using. @ 1 stage manner in radio buttons highlighted being required indistinguishable not required. because of use asterisk in caption manually indicate required fields.

in addition, check see if have set radio buttons mandatory. depending on version of acrobat/reader user has, radio buttons may not appear manditory/required.

in script when make object visible, make mandatory. no problem there!

however script hides object goes through sequence:

  1. hide object, then
  2. make optional/not mandatory.

this problem lies.

you first need make object optional/not mandatory , hide object. should simple case of work through various scripts , having mandatory line before presence line.

there example here: http://assure.ly/hxhupw.

if attach form have , suggest
