cnn.com has section of video player cable subscribers, includes direct stream of tv station. works fine in windows 7, in ubuntu, cnn videos work except live stream. when select "unlock," screen comes asks me select provider. select verizon, , screen comes asks user name , password. after putting in, player comes up, loads , puts me right select provider screen. know i'm using correct username , password work fine in windows. i've tried can think of - different browsers (chrome, firefox), different user agents, downgrading flash, , installing 32 bit flash. have way fix this?

are blocking cookies? if so, browser won't able store authorizations... if cookies allowed in general, check see if cnn blocked.
if uses flash, have turned off flash options storage, third source data (which might whence stream comes)?
might want check options, reload page & try again.
