Thread: Open arena changes resolution- now blank screen after boot

ubuntu 11.10/ lenovo b570 laptop
after installing open arena, game permanently changed resolution (to don't know). when boot ubuntu, can login screen fine, after logging in, screen goes blank.
i'm using windows boot manager don't see grub. can login guest , ubuntu, how can fix resolution on guest login? don't want have reinstall.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
