Thread: Opening, viewing or converting ANM files?

hello,

know not related ubuntu, there's else ask, , there's little info anywhere this.

basically, want way view or open anm files. (you can find samples here: http://www.mediafire.com/?8ro9vu0n1r51o2u )

i've searched days, , found programs such imagine , ws4gl supposedly open them, tried deluxe paint, none of them open these files. (and if helps in anything, they're part of mmo in java, still in beta year, they're recent files, i'm sure must have decent program manage them... also, they're 2d, not 3d kind of anm)

so, know how open these, or info it? doesn't matter how, if on ubuntu, mac osx or windows, have triboot here.

these files animation files, in different format anm.
give these files extension easy identification of files containing animation .

simply, used anm abbreviation of animation.

cannot open in normal applications.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
