Adobe Content viewer: "authentication failed"

i have problem acv, when try login, answers me "authentication failed". i'm sure account , password correct. can do? please me. tomorrow need show presentation!!!

you can receive “authentication failed” error message in adobe content viewer when attempting sign in. if error occurs, first make sure have signed in acrobat.com using valid adobe id. if cannot sign in acrobat.com, click create adobe id , follow prompts. if can sign in acrobat.com, not viewer, make sure device connected internet. if error message still appears when try sign in, there problem server. check the  digital publishing system status page notifications of outages: http://status.adobedps.com/ or contact adobe technical support dps contract information.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
