Bug: Random Mouse Coords On Click (CS6, Win32)

evidence enough? please it. we're not imagining it!
this makes pretty every tool useless without closing , restarting photoshop.
it happens me after computer has been in sleep mode, although have seen occur out of fresh boot.
i'm using generic 3 button ms optical mouse generic ms driver, no other programs on machine suffer random mouse coords, including photoshop cs3.

thanks. confirm, no wacom or tablet installed or plugged in?
also, confirm if issue occurs if disable "use graphics processor" in edit>preferences>performance... panel. (please restart photoshop after changing preference)
