Confused About Lightroom

i need adobe product digitally remove items in urban landscape, such as: removing telephone polls , wiring, stop signs, etc., still retain colorization , detail of overall image. can adobe photoshop lightroom this?  received response claimed new lightroom beta version can remove telephone wires.  assuming that's true, can remove telephone polls , stop signs?  cs6 has capability in it's description.  find no such description when reading functions of lightroom.  can help?

download lr5 beta , see if new tool adequate.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
