Flash audio cutting out, video stalling

hi,

 

my flash isn't working when streaming video/music - keeps stalling or audio cuts out , video continues.  annoying!

 

i'm using vista 32bit, firefox , have latest version of flash.

 

i've tried watching html-5 videos , seem work fine?

 

any help?

try if latest flash player beta works better: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer.html

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
