help please!!

i installed adobe photoshop elements 11 & adobe premier elements 11 on panasonic cf-53 laptop, , when re-started computer, got stuck @ "windows loading files."   don't know do.  did turn off computer , tried let re-start, keeps stalling while trying load windows!!   help!!  dont' know do, , work laptop , need able on!  assistance.

can boot safe mode , uninstall?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
