New windows in Acrobat Pro XI are offset

when opening pdfs in acrobat pro xi on mac, each new window opens offset right previous window, regardless of whether or not window still open. means windows disappear under various tool box windows leave open on right of screen, preflight etc. have start manually dragging windows left can read content. not big deal may think annoying when have hundreds of times day.

 

is there way make document windows open in same place?

this done design allow see other open files more easily. there's no way change functionality @ time. question of 'is there way make document windows open in same place, workaround click 'maximize' button on title bar.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
