Photoshop CC Pricing Question

previous upgrades worked out $11 per month people adopted every new version of photoshop ($200/18 months) , $5.50 per month people purchased every other version ($200/36 months).  after first year, photoshop cc $20 per month.  can explain me why want pay more per month?  when using app more in workflow , photoshop less?  maybe missing here.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
