Premiere Elements 9 - Download still available?

premiere elements 9 - need move 1 computer another. not have cd. understand deactivation process, , have serial number, cannot find location download computer need move onto. current download pages/links seem going version 11, need keep version 9. there downloadable version of premier elements 9 still out there? thanks

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
