Problem with hidden upper nav on index page only

i useing free template has header slids down reveal nav simular footer.

 

this function works fine on pages exception of index @ premium-posts.com

 

the problem have no idea if function is... javascript or css, think css. did "inspect elements" on page did not find thing looked problem.

 

i post code if new post, hope can point me in proper direction.

 

any appreciated.

seems function ok in firefox , ie8.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
