Quiz result analyzer dont show data report from quiz

hello, please need urgent - share quiz student via acrobat com. works - colaborate /share quiz him via acrobat com, student take quiz in pdf format , sent me post results succesfully. when open quiz results analyzer, can see correct items such organization, department , name of quiz, when press generate report button, nothink happened, small message: data not present on local filesystem. data downloading...    nothink showed , nothink downoladed really. can wrong?

 

when tried export quiz swf not pdf, after end of quiz student cannot post result, because need security setting. dont know what, can not see, dialog appears him, because online. after setting need restart application, not possible because quiz have 1 attempt. frustrated. bugs, problems, bugs, problems, big sea of problems only, , shame... , anger. can adobe me, reliable can client now??? wait , quizzing stupid parody.

 

btw, same big sea of problems shared review engine. captivate reviewr works similary excellent.

i can not understand it,

 

i use: captivate 6 (part of elearning suite 6), quiz result analyzer 6, acrobat x

student use: adobe reader x.

could please create blank new project 1 or 2 quiz questions , create new department, course name , company name? try using department, company , course name in capitals , try avoiding spaces in names.

 

see if getting same issue.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
