Thread: Installing on HP TS 520-1010

i trying install on brand new hp touchscreen in one.

tried load directly off of cd, no avail. attempted wubi install. linux system boots (using no acpi) , goes start graphical interface. flashes screen several times , old vga x in center of screen. video modes tries not work. (i scrambled garbage on top of screen.) reboots.

can try?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
