Thread: iPod Nano 3G not detected in Ubuntu 11.10

so, needed xbox memory card original (2001) xbox, , knew ipod nano worked. so, hooked nano computer copy on files need put on ipod memory card, and... nothing. rebooted plugged in. nothing. changed usb port. nothing. checked gtkpod. nothing.

new install of ubuntu , i'm annoyed. need these files on xbox asap.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
