Thread: Wifi "not managed"???

hello everyone, have lenovo j3000 amd dektop running ubuntu 11.1 installed, dlink wda 1320 wireless card. when troubleshooting steps in section comes ok. pci card recognized, drivers loaded , stops. checked file networkmanager.conf ,

plugins=ifupdown,keyfile

[ifupdown]
managed=false

tried change statement true , looged out , in , did not change, while installed system getting it's files wirelessly. had posted same issue, , moved ubuntu+1 same issue ver 12 unknowingly under development.. stuck wired connection? help.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
