Adobe Application Manager can`t login :(
hi all,
maybe me technical support failed
i have bought new laptop running windows 8 64bit. installed following software creative cloud subscription:
_ lightroom, installed , working fine
_ photoshop, installed in trial mode couldn`t connect, thought it`s temporary bug , let in trial.
i couldn`t update software trial final asked connect internet , enter adobe id.
after long disscussion agent adobe tech support told me uninstall photoshop , reinstall once again. "great" choice can`t download photoshop application manager asks me adobe id @ start.
after verry long discussion few tech support agents think find it`s probalbly language problem (polish) , left me contact local support team in poland.
i i`m not source of problem.
for info:
i`m not on protected network, router , dsl modem, connected directly dsl aam don`t find internet connection. on different network in different place.
even firewall , antivirus turned off aam don`t works. there nothing in hosts. i`m connectiong adobe licences server indicated agents.
so works fine crappy aam don`t find path find internet connection.
ah , final, second computer connected same home network have same creative cloud liscences running, updating , working well.
so if have idea have not sue adobe 3 days lost of searching solution i`ll glad read here
i can`t work.
