Can't manage websites on Creative Cloud

when try manage websites on creative cloud website goes page saying "page not found sorry, couldn't find page." . when try log bc site domains "error: web site trying administer not found." there wrong setup? has worked until now.

are going http://creative.adobe.com, can access that.

could please try other browser , try cleaning cache , browser history.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
