CS6 Pattern Brush- no fill/no stroke bounding box not working- creating an overlap not crop

i trying create seamless pattern brush in cs6 .when use no fill/no stroke bounding box placed behind object define repeat, instead of cropping object brush, overlaps it.  here example:

when in cs5- bounding box works fine , crops out space outside.  there update in cs6?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
