Errors on startup - app does not start

i tried start photoshop today , received 2 errors , app not start. tried un-installing , re-installing (cloud apps), encounter same errors

 

can't post screen shots - can't read them. first error says "could not load actions unexpected end of file encountered" second 1 says "could not initialize photoshop because preferences file invalid (it has been deleated)"

 

any idea try. haven't installed new software. ps worked few days ago, other programs working ok, cloud stuff

delete preferences in prefs folder:

 

important directories

 

and since may indicate have systemic issues damage files, might wanan read of , act accordingly:

 

installation preparations

 

work file safety

 

mylenium

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
